Is it me , or is it very hard to find good duplex deals in Colorado? I am trying to find a primary home (Duplex) but there are none on the market? I believe realtors are probably taking the deals though, Yes or No, Thoughts? Brandon Turner (Any colorado investors) I couldn't Tag.
