Mortgage Approval
Hey everyone hope your enjoying your fridays. I currently looking for multi family properties (Live in one rent the other) and I found a triplex in the area where the numbers fit my investment criteria.
However I've talked to one mortgage broker a few months ago and he told me I would be approved for 300k. The purchase price of the triplex im looking at is under 330k. I wanted to know what people have done in the past when faced with this dilema. I was thinking I could get the price down to 300k, but I am curious to see what other people say.
Thanks again,
