Hi BP family,

What financial term are you seeing nowadays for 5+ commercial residential units. I was proposed 10 yr term, 30 yr amortization and rate 5 yrs fixed at 4.25. After 5 yrs the rate will reset to then existing US SWAP 5- yr plus 375 basis points. Floor rate of 4.25%. Any advice, I will greatly appreciate it.
