Seeking assistance, To review proforma costs for MF Development

Good evening,
I'm looking for assistance, either in this group or a reference contact, to help review an MF development cost proforma and provide feedback. My goal is to confirm specific items in the construction costs as well as items such as financing fees / placement fees / working capital / etc.

I would appreciate any advice on having these items reviewed. The project is in the DFW market.
