Anybody actively investing in RVA with some knowledge to good neighborhoods and contacts to help a first time investor?

Hey Tim, I'm also new to Richmond, moved here about a week ago from Dallas. My wife and I were able to complete a live in flip in Dallas so we're looking to put that money into single family rentals in the RVA area. Today I actually plan to drive around Richmond and learn about the different neighborhoods, happy to share whatever I find. I'd love to hear any input on where people find good price to rent ratios and quality tenants, but based on what people have said in the forums I plan to check out the following zip codes to start:

23225, 23224, 23234, 23236

My wife and I were down around the Maymont area too and really liked it there. Prices seem to be a little high at first glance but it's an area I'm going to keep my eye on. But I'm also looking forward to meetups going on in the area. I just signed up for the Richmond REIA and Chesterfield REIA but if there are any other meetups I'm missing please let me know! Looking forward to getting involved with the Richmond RE community and hope to see everyone at future meetings
