Starting with House Hacking
What should I look for in a multi-family that I plan to house hack?

Property will have to pass an fha inspection so that criteria would be the first thing to look for. Then I would look for something that will foster long term tenancy. In my market at least the competition for multi family that will qualify for an fha loan is fierce so we anticipate less cash flow. So less turn over the better
