Myrtle Beach, SC Vacation rentals
Looking to invest in the Myrtle Beach area. I've been looking at oceanfront condos and condos on golf resorts (Barefoot resort keeps coming up). Which type of property (beach condo verse golf/resort condo) is the better investment? I live in the Northeast and am not familiar enough with the Myrtle Beach area. Any insight/information is greatly appreciated. I'm currently in the research phase looking to buy Spring time next year.
