What data will be most important to follow?

As we try to understand how deep and how long this downturn may last, what will be the most important data you will monitor?  We'll be watching things like the unemployment rate, collections, vacancy rates, absorption rates, and similar.  What other metrics will you be looking at to get a feel for the current market, or will be an all-clear for you to get into the market?
