Pre occupied multi family

Looking for multi family homes, found a duplex on the MLS... both sides are currently rented out so there are no photos of the inside. How can I have a professional look at the inside before buying. It seems like a gamble purchasing from just viewing the outside.

You have every right to see the property before making an offer, @Tanner Sommese. You may need to make some accommodations considering COVID-19, but you don't have to offer sight unseen.
