Duplex to Triplex in Kitchener Waterloo ON
In the K-W area and purchased a duplex. Wondering if I should convert into a triplex. Anyone know the additional building code requirements that may be necessary for this conversion or where I can find this info. For e.g. I know with a duplex only one furnace is necessary. Will this change if I decide on a triplex instead? Thanks!
