I don’t think I’m a flipper...

There are multi unit / multi family properties all around my city. There are some really great ones on the outskirts of town, I tend to look for communities with a Starbucks or Target near by....it promotes staying active, and consumerism.

Where should I start financially?

Is a property Management company a good idea or a bad one?

I’m worth it and motivated. Please reach out.

:)
