CRM for Investor Relations & Deal Sourcing/Management
A little about us - we're a small company on G-suite currently (considering switching over to MS suite), and we're looking for a tool that does the following. We are a partnership of three who invest in Mobile Home Parks. We probably look at about 100 parks a year, from that we look at 50 seriously, from that we put 20 under contract and into due diligence from that close on 1-4. On the sourcing side, we source from wholesalers, direct from sellers, and brokers publicly listed. In addition, we also have investors (currently, about 20 active and 50 potential) and we're looking for a simple tool to keep in communication with them as well
Do you have any suggestions for something that's cheap, easy, and fits these criteria?
Requirements: - Cheap (free or $10 per user per month, we'll have 3 users) - Integration w/ G-Suite/Gmail (and potentially Outlook) - Easy to use/setup/flexible - Meets basic deal sourcing and investor relationship needs
Deal Soucing/Deal Management - Sourcing contacts organization (organization of brokers, wholesalers, agents, etc.) - Leads management (from the sourcing contacts or from direct sellers) - Opportunity Management (probably from contract sign to closing) - Due Diligence Management (contract signed, key dates management, teams based management,)
Investor Relations - Manage both active investors and potential investors - Keep organized with regular communication in mass (via Outlook/Google)
