Multifamily in Kansas City, KS
I have a deal. It's for a 30+ unit in Kansas City, KS. I'm not familiar with the area but it seems like a lot of my numbers hit. Can anyone help me out? The zip code is 66106. I think the thing holding me back is not being familiar with the area.
