Need a great Contractor in Tacoma, WA please!
Can anyone recommend a great contractor in Tacoma to convert a building into 10+ units?
What's the building? Is it currently a SFH or a 6 unit or 8 unit? How extensive will the project be?

50 bed with mix of private and shared baths. 24,000 sqft. Want to subdivide into apartments.

I think I may have seen that property on the MLS @Mark Chieda - its in South Tacoma?
Sorry I can't help with a recommendation, we've got two rehabs going right now and all my regular guys are busy on our own projects haha.

@Michael Haas Yeah I think it's just up off of Tacoma Mall Blvd and 50th. Been sitting for a while. I thought I remember the zoning not being favorable for MF. @Mark Chieda did you confirm zoning?

Have not confirmed - MLS has zoning as Multi-Family. Finding a contractor that can handle a job of this scope is something I need, regardless of the specific deal...
