LLC Restrictions, Delaware
Hey BP,
A partner and I are creating a multifamily holding company. We're located in MD and VA but read several people recommend creating the LLC in other states like Delaware and Wyoming. But Delaware asks for a registered agent with a street address (https://corp.delaware.gov/howt...), is it worth it to get one? Where do you recommend creating a holding LLC? Is a holding company even the right way to structure this if we are planning on scaling?

@Matty Foley just my preference and one of the states that @Shafi Noss had mentioned. My holding LLC is in Wyoming and has my trust as it's member. There is also charge off protection and anonymity.
