Multi Family Analyzer with Value Add Component

Having tried several software programs including Landlord Cash Flow analyzer and Michael Blanks Deal Analyzer, I am looking for something that is more in depth with the value add component.  Want to be able to put in specifics such as the ability to renovate x amt of units the first year at a cost of y and once completed in year 2 it will bring an added rent of z.  Like to have the ability to do this for a few years in a row and see how the numbers play out.  Many of the existing programs are limited to just general percentages.

Any suggestions?

@David Harrell I don't have an off the shelf version but it seems like something you could fairly easily develop in Excel or Python
