Mold in one FL mult-family

Need some advice weird smell I discovered in one of my triplex units. FHA owner occupied so discovered because that unit became available I have allergies so figure is mold. How do I fix this problem I'm in Florida?

I encounter mold every day in properties here including SFH, MF, Office Buildings. Unfortunately, we have the "perfect storm" for it's creation with our hot, humid, and rainy weather. The smell is distinctive - musty-wet-rotten wood like; usually a sore throat and allergy like symptoms will follow exposure for days. Getting rid of it is fairly easy: stop the moisture intrusion including condensation and clean with bleach. If you don't have exhaust fans in bathrooms, install those as well as one in the kitchen above the stove. And, a properly working AC is required. Some tenants will turn it off while they're on vacation or at work; that's simply not acceptable. Not all mold is "toxic."  But all mold does need to be removed for health reasons. Hope this helps...
