Keep buying low and selling high?

Not hard to double the cash each and every year.

Any better way with better result and less efforts ?

@Ethan Smith it depends on what your definition of a better result is. My definition is immediate cash flow with capital preservation as the first priority, tax-friendly, at least 7 or 8% preferred returns with depreciation paper losses, and all-in after liquidation an 18% or higher annualized return. I would look for multifamily syndications with those criteria, and passively invest $100k each in a few. Then rinse and repeat. (Doing no work myself) I did just that and retired in 5 years. Your definition of better might be entirely different. Hang around here, determine your goals, and ask questions. There are many people here who will share their experience. Feel free to PM me If I can help!
