Know Any Rockstar SEC Attorneys for a BP Interview?

Hey everyone! We're looking to put together a YouTube video interview with a fun, knowledgeable Attorney for an upcoming video on the BiggerPockets YouTube page about multifamily syndication.  SEC stuff. What you can do, can't do, RegD, RegA, etc. 

So -I need some recommendations for someone who is: 

1.) SUPER knowledgeable about raising money for real estate syndications 

2.) Great personality, easy to talk with, and tech-savvy enough to use Zoom or Skype.

Any recommendations?
