Turn-Key Rental Property Source
Hi friends-
Yes, almost-new guy here. I say almost-new because my work has hovered around real estate for about 13 years, and I'm looking to take my licenses (mostly unused) and current industry to the next level-buying rental properties. Thing is, and please don't ask me to discuss, but-trust me-I have next to zero time-resources to do dfd, bandit signs, mailings, etc, to find properties myself. I do have a pending chunk of money, however, and am looking into using the services of a REPUTABLE turn-key service to acquire a few units, sfr's or whatever makes sense when I get there. Truly just looking to get some skin in the game, so I can acquire the time and resources to do it like a professional.
I'm in Atlanta, but willing to invest out-of-state. Have already nixed one service for their inability to respond to texts, phone calls, or emails. I'm hoping that some of the veterans here might be able to turn me onto someone who is a known and trusted. I'll keep scouring these archived posts, but, would appreciate any names or advice.
Thanks so much for your time.
