Not your everyday Investment group

Hello BP'ers!

Forming an investing group and holding regular meetings, in my view, does not last - usually, everything is so theoretical,

and a group meeting cannot compete in priority with the members' on-going investment activities.

So what if  we do this a-- backwards?

First tie up a bigger deal than you can handle alone, THEN form a group of investors to come into it.

Now there is some urgency and a goal in plain sight. Members are focused and priorities are aligned.

Would love to hear from anyone who has experience or opinions on this.
