How do you find commercial multifamily buyers for deals over 30M

I have the opportunity with a property that has great income but I don’t know how to contact, search or even where to begin to find these type of buyers. Do I call firms, lenders, get a group of people together to go in on this deal and write that within the contract?

Best,

Giovanni

There are several large syndicators that will allow you to bring deals to them for evaluation and potential partner. @Joe Fairless , Michael Blank, Rod Khlief, and Kevin Bupp (please excuse any misspellings) all provide opportunities on their individual websites to submit offers for review. Google each of their respective websites and follow up with them. Best of luck to you in this opportunity.
