Hey, I own a few properties in Pitt County, but wondering if anyone has experience in buying multifamily properties in Greenville, NC? Curious how it's gone or if you would stay away

I bought 4 units in a 9 unit complex, so not sure if that counts, but seems Greenville multifamily is pretty scarce.  I would definitely buy a larger multifamily or apartment complex if the numbers were right.

Reach out to @Brian Corbett - he's my agent/property manager in the Greenville area.  Even though I'm an agent myself in Raleigh, I am still learning about the Greenville market and still rely on local experts.
