How does an investor get paid?

Example: a $1m 20-unit

- Investor loans 100k for down payment

- agreed to 15%/yr payment to investor

(15k)

My question is: does investor get paid monthly at 15%? If not, then how and how much and when do I pay the investor?

It will all depend on what you agree you will do. That is a question only you and the investor will be able to answer.

There is no right or wrong there.
