Installing outdoor storage at multifamily buildings

We just closed on some apartments in Los Angeles and I'm interested in adding outdoor storage units that we can rent out. They need to be secure, durable, and weatherproof. I've found the standard stand-alone sheds like the link below at home depot and we could just line up several of these. Does anyone have other outdoor storage that they have installed that they like?
