Advice for curb appeal MF

Ruben Cervantes
Posted

Hello BP,

I'm looking for ways to add some curb appeal to this MF property. It's a single story 4 unit complex located in California within a rural area . It's a desert setting with dry and high temperatures year round. I'm open to suggestions I'm looking for something with low maintenance and investor friendly as units are fully rented but it could use some curb appeal. Its conveniently located off the main road within in the rural that leads to the freeway, lots of eye traffic. Also looking for advice on upgrading the dirt parking lot with some type of gravel/ stone that's least expensive. Parking lot causes lots of mud with rain making a mess. Thanks in advance!
