FHA Loan for Multi Family Units
Hello BP Family!
I was just wondering if I’m able to use an FHA Loan as a first time buyer for Multi Family Units in Southern California? Never purchased a home but I would like to go straight into multi family and live in one of the units if possible. If so, am I limited to the Units I can purchase with an FHA? I greatly appreciate your feedback!!!
