Funding for first Apartment Complex

Hello, I'm looking to invest in an apartment complex. This will not be my first investment but it will be my first multi family and I'm looking for private lender suggestions or any help I can get. In the past I've been lucky to buy with little down and would like to do the same if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ty

look for a partner also. It would be great if you could find a partner with a strong balance sheet and experience
