Partial Partnership Interest Buyout Formula

Hi All, has anyone devised or used an actual buyout formula for the sale of a partial partnership interest? This would be for a scenario involving an early redemption of a partial partnership interest in a Multifamily property owned by a SAE LLC. What formula or valuation method have you included in your OA? What discount % do you use and what method do you use to determine NAV?
