How to increase property traffic using rental listing websites

Dear colleagues, let me introduce myself.
I am an entrepreneur and general management professional, accredited investor. In my "previous life" among other endeavors was managing more than $450M being in wealth management, investing into diversified projects in Hi-Tech and Real Estate.
During last 2 years I have invested in 12 multifamily properties as a passive investor and sponsor, 2 352 units altogether. Almost all of them in Texas.

I have hired the software company to develop software for the apartments owners and investors like us.
This software should be able to post and regularly update all our property related info, including rents and photos, to some of the national rental listing websites from the list below (not all of them give this opportunity to automatically download and update info, by the way). This software should analyze the traffic log info as well, to help us understand which websites give us the majority of new tenants, which ones not, where should we increase our presence, where should stop it.
Please let me know if you have any experience of this kind and share how you used some of these websites to generate your future tenant's traffic. What worked in your case, what not. Any personal experience is really appreciated.
