NE Ohio Deal Found - College kid wanting experience

Hi everyone,

I recently stumbled along a potential Multi-family deal in University Heights, Ohio. I am a college student living on-campus over the summer and the property is in the heart of off-campus living. I of course don't have the money for the deal but would love to assist a more experienced REI. Below is the advertisement for the home. If anyone is interested I would love to give them more information and even walk through the home.
