Trying to Make a Deal Happen

So here the time has come to make a move and start investing in real estate. Myself, the wife, and my realtor have been on the hunt and found a duplex that is in our budget and would definitely create cash flow. In the listing it also says there are 4 more available. That would equal 5 Duplexes 10 units and create massive cash flow. but I sent my list of information I would need about the property and leases and now the listing agent wont respond to my realtors messages or calls. I'm stuck. This is our first step into investing. It seems we cant make headway! Where do I go from here?

@Paul Boudreaux, looks like a bait-and-switch scheme/scam to me. And perhaps the bait has already been swallowed? Do you really think that a too-good-to-be-true listing will actually be true?

Take notes about which Agents respond in a timely manner, and importantly, which ones don't!

Keep trying to contact them if you like, but realistically, move on anyway. All the best...
