Thinking about purchasing a 10-20 unit apartment building in RI
This is my first post on this forum so here goes...
I currently own three 3-unit buildings (9 units) and would like to sell those and get a single building with 10-20 units. I have not been able to find a realtor who specializes in those types of buildings. I'm not sure how to go about finding good apartment building deals in the RI area. Any suggestions?
As side issues, I will eventually have questions about commercial financing and 1031 exchanges, but first things first...
Thanks
