Advice re a small town duplex
Hi all! I have an opportunity to get about a 15% coc return on a duplex in Michigan. Appreciation isn't great there but the rental market is steady. Just not sure if I should tie up money in this one or wait and invest in another city where the rents are higher-possibly more bang for my buck. Any advice is appreciated!
