Looking for a town I the north east with good cash flow

Bigger pockets, I'm a veteran who is getting out of the Army in the near future. I'm looking to start investing in Multifamily homes. Because I have been transient while in the army, I am looking for a town in the northeast to look at houses. I am interested in an area that has good cash flow prospects and opportunity for growth. Does anyone know any areas I can look into?? Gerard
