Rockford IL, Investor Freindly Agent WANTED

I'm closing on a 9 unit in Janesville WI in 6 days and I'm interested in exploring the Rockford IL market for my next purchase of 12-36 units.

Therefore I'm looking for an Investor friendly agent in the Rockford area.  While it's not mandatory, I'd prefer an agent who also owns multi-family properties.
