Thinking about Syndicating

Hi all,

I am an agent/investor in the Southern Minnesota area. I currently own one 4 unit building but have a few deals in my pipeline. The biggest problem is at my age having access to capital, in my pocket I have several apartment deals varying from 8-16 unit buildings, all conservatively analyzed at 12 to 17 CAP rates all less than $500,000. I self funded the down payment for my 4-plex, and it would take me a year of working my butt of as an agent to self fund the next down payment on one of these bigger deals. With that I am thinking about getting into the syndicating side of real estate. I just have no clue where to start. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Shane Nelson

Shane   If you are interested in real estate syndication, then you should consider crowdfunding, because that is basically what real estate crowdfunding is. Legal solicitation of investors into a investment pool. If your intersted then please contact me and I will be happy to explain the crowdfunding options available at this time
