Something I would like to know! On Forum topics, there are a lot of talk of what markets are best to invest in. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina and I am curious as to why a good bit of investors frequently invest all around South Carolina with other states such as Florida and North Carolina. There are so many big manufacturing businesses here such as BMW, Draixelmaier, etc. Is there something missing from the South Carolina market that I am not seeing or knowing? Is South Carolina hard to deal with. I am a new property manager and I would like a new career with a company that I can grow with.

@Brian Lacey Spartanburg and Greenville has some great colleges as well. Spartanburg alone has Wofford, USC Upstate, Converse, Spartanburg Methodist, Spartanburg Community College, VCOM, and Sherman College of Chiropractic. Spartanburg Medical Center also has Resident Doctors that rotate for five years. There is a need for housing here.
