The Apartment Owners Association News, Jan 2016 magazine has an article of some importance.  I am not associated with this pub and only a subscriber. While there's lots of boiler plate info, from time to time there's interesting opinions and discussion of legal issues.  The article sited below discloses the legal ramifications of failing to setup your onsite manager properly.
