Insurance Multi Family properties
Who have you have success with insuring your multifamily properties?
Our process seems to be 1. Get insured 2. Inspector comes tells us to repair items 3. We repair items 4. Get canceled due to repairs not being done, completing more repairs that were not in the initial inspection. 5. Reinstate 6. Cancelled in 6 months.

That's miserable and not at all in line with my experience. We go through Tilton, Thomas and Morgan and they're great, but I don't think they do Nebraska (we're in Kansas City). I'd go to your local REIA and ask who everyone there is using. People aren't shy about giving out their insurance company (or banks) unlike contractors. You're likely to find a few who are happy with their insurers and not driven insane by the nonsense you describe.
