Investing in MultiFamily
I currently earn a solid income from my day job and am working to diversify my investment portfolio by focusing on multifamily real estate. I believe multifamily properties offer better value for the time spent managing them compared to other asset classes. My goal is to invest in properties with 4+ units, as I understand that once you move into 5+ units, the property is classified as commercial real estate, which comes with different loan guidelines and financing structures, which i am open to.
