Hello buyers in the Spokane, WA area and the PNW!

I have a deal on a triplex in Spokane, and i feel it is a good deal, does anybody have time to answer some questions? I can disclose the property address and details if you would like to chat. I have been told not to do disclose the details on posts...

Hey @Timothy Eaton. The BP community can help out a lot with a relatively little amount of info. Are you wondering if the deal cash flows? What amount of equity you should put in? Something else? I'll also send you a DM.

    you can post rents and projected expenses in this post.  you're not trying to sell the deal to us, you're asking us to help you analyze it.  and we don't need the address.

    here are some questions

    is this your first property?  is it on market or off?  do you have an agent?  is it fully occupied?  will you occupy a unit or will they all be rented out?  are you using ACTUAL expenses or random made up percentages?
