Hi, I am looking to expand my portfolio in Chicago by investing in two or three bedroom apartments and or multifamily. I’m specifically interested in properties on the north side of the city in quaint areas along the lakefront time frame is to purchase within the next 12 months.

Hi Becky, I'm glad to connect with you. I see what you are looking to start doing and could send you some options to start looking through if you are interested. I have experience working with buyer clients in the lakefront areas and also know how multi family works. I could also assist with options you might have regarding renting or Airbnb the property.

    Hey Becky! 👋🏽

Perfect timing - now is the time to set up your team to help you find a lucrative deal in the north side of Chicago. It's a good time to start exploring your loan options and setting yourself up to search alerts so that you can become familiar with the area, and start running the numbers :) it's a little harder to cash flow in the north side, but the appreciation is quite significant.

    Hi Becky!

Chicago is a great market to invest in. If and when you need to start exploring different loan options feel free to ask any questions.

Hey Becky, I see your note about cash flow being lower on the north side but appreciation being significant. Based on what you know about that market, why do you think that is?

Hey Becky. I would be happy to connect and help you with your search. My specialty is multi-family and I own/manage properties in the areas that would be of interest to you so I am very familiar with the market. If you need anything I am a message away.

What is your budget? It’s def more expensive on the northside and especially along the lake front.
