Acting with Integrity: What are your worst stories?
Happy Wednesday BP!
Integrity is the guiding principle at our firm, influencing every aspect of our work. This week, my team and I took a moment to reflect on instances that left us astonished at the lack of adherence to standard business conduct and got me thinking... I wonder what else is out there!
Share your worst moments where you had to navigate questionable integrity. Whether you dodged a shady deal, stood up to a tricky client, or just had a moment that made you book a therapy session; would love to hear it.
Veterans know the real gems come from those who have survived the trenches. Let's turn these stories into lessons, laughs, and maybe a little therapy for the real estate soul.
Drop your tales below and let's keep the integrity vibes strong in our community! 🏢✨

One of my favorites-- fake comps! Yes I can't believe it either. In our early days I remember we had a wholesaler send us fake comps with edited numbers thinking we did not have MLS access-- all in hopes of pushing up the deal's ARV so that they could coax us into getting the deal closed and receive a $30k fee in time for Christmas. Big mistake! Now everyone in our market knows never to take a deal from said wholesaler.
