Multi-Family Newbie Investor

Hello Biggerpockets Community,

I'm excited to join this forum as a newbie in real estate investment. I've always been interested in real estate, but I'm not quite sure where to start. I'm looking for guidance on finding a mentor, creating a road map to start investing in real estate, and getting a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the complex world of real estate investment.

I would love to hear from experienced investors on this forum who can offer advice and tips on how to get started. If you have any recommendations for mentors or coaching programs that have been helpful for you, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm also curious about the different types of real estate investment, such as rental properties, flipping, and commercial real estate. Which type of investment is best for a beginner like me?

Lastly, I'm hoping to connect with other newbies like myself to share experiences and learn from each other's successes and failures. Thank you in advance for your guidance and support. I'm looking forward to becoming a part of this community!
