Key Principal / Key Sponsor Opportunity

What would be your question when find out a well established syndicator is seeking additional "Key Principal / Key Sponsor" to join on a project, in order to help them qualify for larger loans.  I am tracking that as a Key Principal, we receive the general partner benefits and fees associated with the project. 1. What are you truly looking for?

2. What would be this persons roles and responsibilities

3. Why hasn’t someone in your inner circle joined up with you?
