3D printing: construction cost for apartment complex

Hi,

I found some good land near the line and water source. My thinking is trying to build an apartment complex then sell it to investors or buyers. I’m thinking about 3D home building printing or normal construction company. Do you know how much does it cost to build one especially in California? What is the pros and cons for these type of construction? How i can get out a loan? So sorry that i’m a noob in this type of thing? I do invest in properties bt i never try about construction? Any help, advice and ideas
