Reaching more people and growing trust

Jensen Escobar
Posted

Thank you so much everyone that replied on my last post and shared wisdom. It truly means a lot.

There’s debate whether joining a mastermind is a good or bad idea. I ended up joining one with a local syndicator. The challenge at hand is creating an email list of 100 people (possible investors). The emails will contain educational content as well as future investment opportunities. How would you recommend growing a list of possible investors to someone that has 11 and any tips on how to become the trusted “real estate guy/gal” in their community.

Very respectfully,

Jensen Escobar

You become trusted in the community by showing up in the community. Join your local meetup. If you can start one, even better. Get involved in community groups as well--Rotary, Lions Club, etc. Something active that will put you at a lot of events.
