KP/GP Onboarding for CRE DEALS

Hello BP Family! I am currently working on a 140-unit deal in KS and I have the funding sources in place to move forward (Private Investors). However, my question is what the best way to bring on  KP/GP investors to assist my deals in providing guarantor services?
