How to handle pricing, with rising interest rates

Hi! This is my first post on BP. I've been looking at multi-family and commercial property, for awhile now, in a few different markets. I'm curious how other investors have priced in ricing interest rates into recent and future offers? With such a tight market already, how do you stay confident in an offer, while also staying competitive? Thanks for any help!
